We understand how important meeting with the press is for every company – large and small alike. Meeting with the global press, in today’s global economy, is even more important. However, the international travel costs are high and you are not guaranteed an audience. ESC, in partnership with Globalpress, will eliminate the hurdles at this year’s Silicon Valley event. The ‘Meet the International Press’ program will bring a minimum of 40 international technology and business journalists to ESC (list of press and publications available on request). This is in addition to 100+ domestic journalists who historically attend ESC. While exhibitors have access to the domestic press at no additional cost, access to the international journalists are through sponsorships only. Following are the options:

30 Minute Presentation

Limited to 8 presentations, presentation time assigned on a first come first served basis.

Benefits:

Access for up to three company representatives to the presentation room during the allocated presentation; presentations will take place in the ESC press conference room
Dedicated presentation for 30 minutes (includes Q+A time)
Access to journalists’ business cards
Admission for one company representative to the evening press reception
Sponsor logo on the sponsor page of the website
One press release or announcement (limited to two pages) in the welcome kit to the journalists

Press Reception Sponsorship

Limited to 10 sponsors or exclusive reception sponsorship.
